Le Zhomme avait tellement honte qu&rsquo;il en oubliait que mon ami \u00e9tait v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien. J&rsquo;ai fait des<strong> linguines, fondue de poireaux et sauce au Roquefort<\/strong>. Quelques pignons de pin grill\u00e9s sur le dessus, et voici un plat complet. Pour accompagner, il me fallait un vin doux et fruit\u00e9. Mais surtout pas de vin blanc, d\u00e9j\u00e0 qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y avait m\u00eame pas de lardons dans la fondue de poireaux\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Un vin du Beaujolais \u00e9tait le premier choix, finalement, je suis tomb\u00e9e sur de l&rsquo;<strong>Abouriou. Un c\u00e9page vieux comme le monde<\/strong>, rustique comme je les aime, propre de la r\u00e9gion sud-ouest. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis au go\u00fbt du jour par les vignerons de la cave des C\u00f4tes du Marmandais. Pour la petite histoire, c&rsquo;est la seule maison \u00e0 avoir une \u00e9tiquette officielle \u00ab\u00a0Lafitte\u00a0\u00bb, vendue chez Carrefour en Asie.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9gustation C\u00f4tes du Marmandais, Cr\u00e9puscule de fruits Merlot &amp; Abouriou\u00a0: joli assemblage tout en douceur, qui a besoin de temps pour s&rsquo;ouvrir. Le nez est peu parfum\u00e9, \u00e0 peine de fruits rouge et de chocolat. Tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able en bouche\u00a0: tanin soyeux et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement astringent, de la fraise fra\u00eeche du Merlot et quelques cerises burlat de l&rsquo;Abouriou. Un corps l\u00e9ger, du fruit\u00a0; parfait en \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/silkroad-conseil.com\/blog\/crepuscule-de-fruits-merlot-et-abouriou\/crepuscule-de-fruit\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-862\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-862\" alt=\"Crepuscule-de-fruit\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/Crepuscule-de-fruit.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><i>I invited a friend for lunch and I suggested a menu with pasta. Zhomme was so ashamed that he forgot that my friend was a vegetarian. I made <strong>linguine, leeks fondue in Roquefort cheese sauce<\/strong>. Some toasted pine nuts on top, and this was a complete dish. To accompany, I would like a sweet and fruity wine. But certainly not white wine, already there was not even a bacon in the leeks!<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>A Beaujolais wine was my first choice, I finally came to the <strong>Abouriou. An old grape variety<\/strong>, rustic, from the southwest region. He was brought up to date by the winemakers of the C\u00f4tes de Marmandais cellar. About them, they are the only domain to have an official label named \u00ab\u00a0Lafitte\u00a0\u00bb, sold at Carrefour in Asia.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Tasting of C\u00f4tes de Marmandais Cr\u00e9puscule de fruits Merlot &amp; Abouriou: pretty smooth assembly, which needs time to open. The nose is slightly fragrant, young red fruits and chocolate. Very pleasant in the mouth: silky and slightly astringent tannins, fresh strawberry Merlot and some cherries Burlat from Abouriou.
