C&rsquo;est moins sexy dit comme \u00e7a, mais c&rsquo;est quand m\u00eame tr\u00e8s bon et r\u00e9confortant. Voici ma version :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain \u00e0 base de romarin : 1 pinc\u00e9e de romarin s\u00e9ch\u00e9, 200 g d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de, un sachet de levure de boulanger, 350 g de farine, 3 g de sel, et beaucoup de chaleur.<\/li><li>400 g de fleurettes de chou-fleur<\/li><li>30 cL de b\u00e9chamel : 40 g de beurre, 20 g de farine, 30 g de lait en poudre, de l&rsquo;eau pour compl\u00e9ter.<\/li><li>2 poign\u00e9es d&#8217;emmenthal r\u00e2p\u00e9 <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la p\u00e2te \u00e0 pain 1 h \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, huiler un saladier et y mettre la p\u00e2te \u00e0 lever. Huiler un moule \u00e0 tarte (ou \u00e0 pizza \u00e0 p\u00e2te \u00e9paisse).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la b\u00e9chamel. A \u00e9bullition, ajouter les fleurettes de chou-fleur, laisser cuire 5 min. Puis couper le feu et ajouter le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garnir le moule avec les doigts, comme pour une foccacia, ajouter la garniture en laissant 1 \u00e0 2 cm de rebord.
