Elle, la Belge, et lui, le Portugais, nous accueillent dans leur <strong>maison d\u2019h\u00f4te Au bord de l\u2019Eau<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>L\u2019endroit est f\u00e9\u00e9rique ! Apr\u00e8s un \u00e9troit escalier, on arrive quasiment les pieds dans la rivi\u00e8re de l\u2019Ourika. L\u2019endroit est calme, vert et paillet\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"ob-link-img\" href=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_8984eb_au-bord-de-l-eau-ourika1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_8984eb_au-bord-de-l-eau-ourika1.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a>A la tomb\u00e9e de la nuit, il fait un peu frais. Alors, on se se r\u00e9fugie pr\u00e8s du feu de leur immense chemin\u00e9e qui domine la salle \u00e0 manger. On y d\u00e9guste<strong> le d\u00e9licieux couscous au poulet de Fatima, accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019un verre de Cabernet Sauvignon du Mekn\u00e8s<\/strong> (bien mieux r\u00e9ussi que le Merlot \u00e0 mon go\u00fbt).<\/p>\n<p>En dessert, Poulou nous am\u00e8ne son <strong>moelleux aux noix<\/strong>\u2026 et pour tous, ce g\u00e2teau est une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation ! Je vous en livre ici la recette en exclusivit\u00e9. Je dis <strong>en exclusivit\u00e9<\/strong> parce qu\u2019il para\u00eet qu\u2019il a toujours refus\u00e9 de donner la recette \u00e0 qui que ce soit, m\u00eame \u00e0 Martine. Il se pourrait que j\u2019ai eu cette honneur suite \u00e0 une victoire (improbable) au Scrabble.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Suite \u00e0 une profonde r\u00e9flexion, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 diverses conversions de tasse en grammes, j\u2019ai l\u00e9g\u00e8rement modifi\u00e9 la recette. Mais il para\u00eet qu\u2019il est tout aussi moelleux, tous aussi bon, voire tr\u00e8s bon !<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a class=\"ob-link-img\" href=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_1d98aa_moelleux-noix-maroc1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_1d98aa_moelleux-noix-maroc1.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Le moelleux aux noix d\u2019apr\u00e8s une recette de Poulou :<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 yaourt nature<br \/>\n&#8211; 80 g de noix en poudre<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 g de sucre \u201cvanill\u00e9\u201d (avec une gousse de vanille infus\u00e9e)<br \/>\n&#8211; 150 g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 5 g de levure chimique<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 oeufs avec les blancs battus en neige<br \/>\n&#8211; 50 g de beurre fondu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les jaunes d\u2019oeufs avec le sucre, ajouter le beurre fondu, puis le yaourt.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter la levure, la farine et enfin les blancs d\u2019oeufs battus en neige.<\/p>\n<p>Pour 12 g\u00e2teaux individuels, faire cuire \u00e0 150\u00b0C pendant 20 min environ.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><a class=\"ob-link-img\" href=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_ae1ff5_moelleux-aux-noix.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"ob-cell ob-img ob-media aligncenter\" alt=\"Le moelleux aux noix selon Poulou (Setti Fatma)\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_ae1ff5_moelleux-aux-noix.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>At <strong>Setti Fatma (Ourika Valley, Morocco)<\/strong>, we have met Martine and Poulou. She, the Belgian, and he, the Portuguese, welcome us in <strong>their guest house at \u00ab\u00a0Au bord de l&rsquo;eau\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. The place is fairy-like ! After a narrow stairway, we reach almost the feet in the Ourika river. The place is quiet, green and glittery light .<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>At nightfall, it &lsquo;s a bit cool. So we take refuge by the fire of their huge fireplace that overlooks the dining room. We taste <strong>the delicious chicken couscous of Fatima<\/strong>, accompanied by a glass of <strong>Cabernet Sauvignon wine from Meknes<\/strong> (although better than the Merlot) .<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For dessert, Poulou brings us his<strong> soft nuts cake<\/strong>&#8230; and for all, this cake is a revelation! Exclusively let me give you here its recipe. I said<strong> exclusive <\/strong>because it seems he has always refused to give the recipe to anyone, even to Martine. It could be that I had this honor after a (unlikely) victory at the Scrabble game .<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Following a deep reflection, and various conversions from cups to grams, I slightly modified the recipe. But it seems it is as soft, as good to very good !<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The soft nuts cake from the Poulou&rsquo;s recipe :<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 1 yogurt<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 80 g of walnut powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 250 g of sugar with vanilla<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 150 g of of wheat flour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 5 g of baking powder<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 3 eggs with the stiffly beaten egg whites<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 50 g of melted butter .<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the melted butter and the yogurt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Add baking powder, flour and finally the beaten egg whites.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For 12 individual cakes, bake at 150\u00b0C for about 20 min.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-images ob-default\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0A Setti-Fatma (vall\u00e9e de l\u2019Ourika, Maroc), nous avons fait la connaissance de Martine et Poulou.
