Et l\u00e0, le graal brille dans le noir derri\u00e8re les lentilles du Puy : des <strong>spaghettis \u00e0 l\u2019encre de seiche<\/strong> (oui des spaghettis noires qui brillent dans le noir, je sais.).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a class=\"ob-link-img\" href=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_b4602d_spaghuetti-caotte-oignon1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"Spaghetti al nero di sepia, \u00e0 l'encre de seiche\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_b4602d_spaghuetti-caotte-oignon1.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Depuis que j\u2019ai emm\u00e9nag\u00e9 avec quelqu\u2019un, je n\u2019ai pas os\u00e9 proposer <strong>des p\u00e2tes noires avec un fort go\u00fbt iod\u00e9<\/strong>. Moi j\u2019adore, mais \u00e7a m\u2019\u00e9tonnerait que quelqu\u2019un qui rebute \u00e0 manger du poisson s\u00e9ch\u00e9 appr\u00e9cierait. Et puis j\u2019aime aussi son odeur de cuisson : j\u2019aime sentir la mer qui bout \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Et une belle assiette de p\u00e2tes pleine de couleurs chics et de parfums chocs, \u00e7a remonte le morale comme quand on d\u00e9roule des chaussettes en laine jusqu\u2019aux cuisses. C\u2019est quand m\u00eame plus glam de trainer en bas de laine qu\u2019en jogging.<\/p>\n<p>Pour une assiette de spaghetti \u00e0 l\u2019encre de s\u00e8che, carotte et oignons nouveaux :<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de spaghetti \u00e0 l\u2019encre de seiche<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 carotte coup\u00e9es en juliennes<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ou 2 oignons nouveaux en rondelles<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 gousse d\u2019ail<br \/>\n&#8211; de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et du sel<\/p>\n<p>Mettre \u00e0 cuire les p\u00e2tes. Faire sauter les l\u00e9gumes dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive avec la gousse d\u2019ail. Ajouter les spaghettis cuites avec une louche d\u2019eau de cuisson. Servir et saupoudrer de graines de s\u00e9same.<\/p>\n<p>Accompagner d\u2019<strong>un verre de Loupiac.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><em>It&rsquo;s dark , it&rsquo;s cold &#8230; Do not want to cook for just one person, not want to fall into the ease of a <strong>dry soup<\/strong> : too salty, too sweet, to stop the bullshit ! Then we search in the cupboards without much conviction, looking for something more exciting than a <strong>pack of chips<\/strong> (too salty, too fatty, too easy). And there, the grail glows in the dark behind the Puy&rsquo;s lentils : <strong>squid ink spaghettis<\/strong> (yes, black spaghettis that glow in the dark, I know).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Since I moved in with someone, I did not dare propose <strong>black pasta with a strong iodine taste<\/strong>. I love it, but I doubt that someone who puts off eating dried fish may appreciate. And I also love the fragrance of cooking : I like to smell the sea boiling \ud83d\ude42<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>And a nice plate of pasta full of chic colors and shock fragrances makes the moral rolled up like wool socks up to the thighs. It is still more glam to linger in woolen stockings than in a jogging pant.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For a plate of squid ink spaghetti with carrot and onions :<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g of squid ink spaghetti<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 carrot, cut into julienne strips<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 or 2 spring onions, sliced<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 clove of garlic<br \/>\n&#8211; <\/em>Olive oil and salt<\/p>\n<p><em>Cook the pasta. Saut\u00e9 vegetables in olive oil with garlic. Add cooked spaghetti with a ladle of cooking water.
