Surtout ceux qui n&rsquo;ont pas respir\u00e9 depuis une dizaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es. Ce <strong>M\u00e9doc du Ch\u00e2teau la Roque de By<\/strong> n&rsquo;est pas un Cru Bourgeois comme son comp\u00e8re d&#8217;embouteillage, le Ch\u00e2teau La Tour de By.<\/p>\n<p>La capsule de la bouteille est en <strong>aluminium lourd<\/strong>.Le bouchon est long et joliment t<strong>eint\u00e9 de violet<\/strong>. Cela annonce toujours de bonnes nouvelles olfactives.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le premier verre, d\u00e8s l&rsquo;ouverture, le taux d&rsquo;alcool est encore tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9. Il fait mont\u00e9 des parfums assez vifs de bois et de fleurs. Mais <strong>sa couleur \u00e9tait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement oxyd\u00e9e et ses ar\u00f4mes tr\u00e8s enferm\u00e9s encore<\/strong>. Pour moi, tout cela \u00e9tait logique, on venait juste de faire sortir le bouchon.<\/p>\n<p>Bref, cette bouteille de La Roque de By fut l\u00e2chement remplac\u00e9e au d\u00eener par un <strong>Grand Cru Chilien d&rsquo;Apalpa de 2010<\/strong>. Tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant, tr\u00e8s fort (sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 14%vol), trop jeune. Il a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en carafe. Il \u00e9tait parfait au bout de 3 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Finalement, apr\u00e8s avoir <strong>repos\u00e9 24 heures<\/strong> dans sa bouteille, il \u00e9tait ouvert. Avec un nez de confiture de rose, une agr\u00e9able pointe de fra\u00eecheur \u00e0 la fleur de violette. C\u00f4t\u00e9 bois, la senteur de d\u00e9part s&rsquo;est adoucie et me rappelle le patchouli.<\/p>\n<p>Au go\u00fbt, il est moins acide que la veille, le tanin est doux et sucr\u00e9. Ce vin me rappelle <strong>les myrtilles que l&rsquo;on picore en rentrant du march\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Je pense qu&rsquo;il aurait fallu passer ce vin en carafe pour l&rsquo;ouvrir rapidement, au risque de l&rsquo;\u00e9venter. Mais au moins, il aurait eu la chance de monter \u00e0 table.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><em>There are some wines that <strong>cannot be judged too quickly<\/strong>. Especially those who have not breathed for a decade. This<strong> M\u00e9doc from Ch\u00e2teau La Roque de By<\/strong> is not a Cru Bourgeois as his bottling accomplice, the Chateau La Tour de By.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The cap is <strong>heavy aluminum<\/strong>. The cork is long and beautifully <strong>colored by purple<\/strong>. It always gives good news for olfactives feelings.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In the first glass from the opening, the alcohol level is still very high. It raises some pretty sharp scents of wood and flowers. But <strong>his color was slightly oxidized and presented very still locked aromas<\/strong>. For me, it all made \u200b\u200bsense, the cork was just left.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In short, this bottle of La Roque By was loosely replaced by a <strong>2010 Chilean Grand Cru from Apalpa Valley<\/strong>. Very interesting, very strong (higher than 14% vol), too young. It was therefore placed in a carafe. It was perfect after 3 hours.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Finally, after standing <strong>24 hours in the bottle<\/strong>, La Roque By had opened. With a nose of rose jam, a nice touch of freshness due to violet flower. Wood side, the scent of departure is softened and remembers patchouli.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>To taste, it is less acidic than the day before, the tannin is soft and sweet. This wine reminds me of <strong>blueberries that are pecking on the way from the market<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I think we would have had to poor this wine in a decanter to open it faster, with the risk of fanning.
