Entre les recettes de cookies aux M&amp;M\u2019s, de muffin au Nutella, de shortbread millionnaire gorg\u00e9 de caramel et autres tartelettes au Carambar, <strong>il y a aussi des desserts sans cholest\u00e9rol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, le superbe et ind\u00e9tr\u00f4nable <strong>\u201cG\u00e2teau v\u00e9g\u00e9tal aux \u00e9pices et aux carottes\u201d<\/strong> de Rose L\u00e9vy Beranbaum. Sans beurre, ni lait ni oeuf, ce g\u00e2teau n\u2019en est pas moins parfum\u00e9 et moelleux. Je l\u2019adore au point de pr\u00e9parer <strong>un kilo de carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es<\/strong> juste pour avoir une excuse de faire ce g\u00e2teau \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a class=\"ob-link-img\" href=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_f47e6fa2082550c0197e7a923a3691df_carrot-cake1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"G\u00e2teau v\u00e9g\u00e9tal aux \u00e9pices et aux carottes de Rose L\u00e9vy\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_f47e6fa2082550c0197e7a923a3691df_carrot-cake1.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Carott cake aux \u00e9pices selon Rose L\u00e9vy (avec quelques changements), sans gla\u00e7age au fromage :<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 g de carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; 125 g de raisins secs tremp\u00e9s dans du th\u00e9 chaud<br \/>\n&#8211; 125 g de sucre<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; levure chimique ou baking powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br \/>\n&#8211; 8 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus d\u2019orange<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau de trempage des raisins<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de noix de muscade<\/p>\n<p>(Rose L\u00e9vy utilise du sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, mais je trouve \u00e7a trop sucr\u00e9.)<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients en commen\u00e7ant par les liquides.<br \/>\nFaire cuire dans un moule \u00e0 cake pendant 1h \u00e0 160\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><em><strong>\u00ab\u00a0Vegetal spicy carrot cake\u00a0\u00bb of Rose Levy<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I take this blog to update my cooking notebook. Between recipes of cookies with M&amp;M&rsquo;s, Nutella muffin, millionaire shortbread drenched of caramel and other Carambar tart, there are also <strong>cholesterol-free desserts<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For example, the great and unbeatable \u00ab\u00a0<strong>Vegetal spicy carrot cake<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb of Rose Levy Beranbaum. No butter, milk or egg, this cake is not less fragrant and soft. I love it to the point of preparing a kilo of grated carrots just to have an excuse to bake this cake \ud83d\ude42<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Spicy carrot cake according to Rose Levy (with little change) without cheese frosting:<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 g of grated carrots<br \/>\n&#8211; 125 g of raisins soak in hot tea<br \/>\n&#8211; 125 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 250 g of flour<br \/>\n&#8211; Baking soda or baking powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 6 tablespoons of olive oil<br \/>\n&#8211; 8 tablespoons o<\/em>f orange juice<br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 4 tablespoon of the saok water<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd teaspoon of cinnamon<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd teaspoon of nu<\/em>tmeg<\/p>\n<p><em>(Rose Levy maple syrup, but I find it too sweet.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mix all ingredients starting with the liquids.<br \/>\nBake in a loaf pan for 1 hour at <\/em>160\u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Je profite de ce blog pour mettre \u00e0 jour mon calepin de cuisine.
