Mais que faire des <strong>litres de vin<\/strong> restant ? D\u2019autant plus que manger des plats en sauce n\u2019est pas mon fort. La r\u00e9ponse : <strong>le cake au vin blanc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recette existe en version sal\u00e9e avec du jambon et du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9. Mais pour les vins blancs doux comme<strong> le Riesling ou le Liebfraumilch<\/strong>, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re nettement<strong> le cake sucr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et au citron jaune<\/strong>. Puis le baking powder, la farine et le zeste de citron.<\/p>\n<p>A la fin, incorporer doucement les blancs d\u2019oeuf sal\u00e9s et battus en neige ferme.<\/p>\n<p>Cuire 40 min \u00e0 160\u00b0C (thermostat 5).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><em><strong>Wine tasting<\/strong> at home is really great! But what to do with the <strong>liters of wine left<\/strong>? Especially when eating sauces is not my forte. The answer: <strong>the wine cake<\/strong>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This recipe is available for a salted cake with ham and cheese. But for sweet white wines such as <strong>Riesling or Liebfraumilch<\/strong>, I prefer the <strong>sweet cake with olive oil and yellow lemon<\/strong>. And it is also a good alternative when you have no butter.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This cake hold well, that does not crumble after cooking, also the top to take to friends or to present for ap\u00e9ritif.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For two cakes:<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g of sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 eggs<br \/>\n&#8211; 25 cl of white wine<br \/>\n&#8211; 9 g of baking powder<br \/>\n&#8211; 25 cl of olive oil<br \/>\n&#8211; 300 g of flour<br \/>\n&#8211; Zest of <\/em>1 yellow lemon<\/p>\n<p><em>Beat 4 egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the wine and oil.
