Notre QG s\u2019est \u00e9tabli chez <strong>Fritland<\/strong> en plein quartier pi\u00e9ton du centre : Rue Henri Maus 49, m\u00e9tro Bourse. Il est immanquable. Et m\u00eame qu\u2019il est tr\u00e8s bien plac\u00e9 pour rep\u00e9rer le fameux bar <strong>La B\u00e9casse<\/strong>, cach\u00e9 au fond d\u2019une petite ruelle.<\/p>\n<p>La ville est plut\u00f4t anim\u00e9e, avec <strong>des tr\u00e9sors cach\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque coin de rue<\/strong> : des category, des illustrations et m\u00eame des noms de rue qui font hommage au <strong>monde de la BD<\/strong>. Les quartiers touristiques font bonne figure mais les restaurants aussi. Les proportions sont gargantuesques ! Plateaux de fruits de mer, brochettes de viande et autres rations de friture font peur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Nous sommes all\u00e9s nous r\u00e9fugier <strong>Chez Vincent<\/strong>. Un bistrot qui n\u2019a l\u2019air de rien vu de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, mais en pleine effervescence \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Un conseil : r\u00e9servez ou revenez plus tard. L\u2019<strong>ambiance cantine<\/strong> y est tr\u00e8s sympa, avec un bar de service au milieu de la salle. Le personnel y termine les cuissons et le dressage. Accompagn\u00e9e de <strong>pommes duchesse g\u00e9antes<\/strong> (j\u2019adore les pommes duchesse avec des morceaux de patate dedans et aromatis\u00e9es \u00e0 la muscade !), avec<strong> option \u201csauce b\u00e9arnaise ou salade\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c- Vous voulez dire \u2018sauce b\u00e9arnaise ou sauce salade\u2019 ?<br \/>\n&#8211; Non, je dis bien ce qui est \u00e9crit : sauce ou salade<br \/>\n&#8211; Euh&#8230; et en accompagnement ce sera pomme de terre ou salade ?<br \/>\n&#8211; Non madame, en accompagnement, c\u2019est pomme de terre ! O\u00f9 cherchez-vous le probl\u00e8me ?<br \/>\n&#8211; Pas de probl\u00e8me, on prendra pomme de terre, sauce et salade.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>En effet, la \u201csalade\u201d est une salade compos\u00e9e tellement sauc\u00e9e qu\u2019elle peut servir \u00e0 la place de la B\u00e9arnaise. On s\u2019est fait plaisir en r\u00e9servant une petite table au restaurant <strong><a class=\"popup\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lepassage.be\/\">Le Passage<\/a>, une \u00e9toile au guide Michelin<\/strong>. Ambiance feutr\u00e9e et dynamique \u00e0 la fois, un service discret et souriant. J\u2019ai beaucoup ri et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 chaque instant. M\u00eame \u00e0 descendre aux toilettes (2 fois) \u00e0 cloche-pied \u00e0 cause d\u2019une tendinite.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les plats sont <strong>respectueux des produits<\/strong>, d\u2019une surprenante fra\u00eecheur. Les assiettes sont des arrangements simples de multiples saveurs, comme le <strong>concert d\u2019un orchestre philharmonique<\/strong>. J\u2019en \u00e9tais tomb\u00e9 amoureuse <a class=\"popup\" href=\"http:\/\/peggysilkroad.overblog.com\/neversland\">chez Couron \u00e0 Nevers<\/a> ! Puis, on a continu\u00e9 avec une bouteille \u00e0 emporter (voiture oblige, mais compt\u00e9e moiti\u00e9 prix) de Minervois not\u00e9 98\/100 par Robert Parker. Our headquarters was established in<strong> Fritland<\/strong> in pedestrian central area: 49 Henri Maus street, Metro Bourse. It is inevitable. And even that is very well placed to identify the famous <strong>La B\u00e9casse pub<\/strong>, tucked in a small alley.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The city is quite lively, with hidden treasures around every corner: category, artwork and even street names are <strong>a tribute to the comic&rsquo;s world<\/strong>. The tourist areas are doing well but also restaurants. The gargantuan proportions! Trays of seafood, meat kebabs and other frying rations scared us.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We went refuging to <strong>Chez Vincent<\/strong>. A bistro that does not look like anything seen from the outside, but buzzing inside. Tip: book a place or come back later. The canteen atmosphere is very nice, with a bar service in the middle of the room. The staff there completes the cooking and dressing. Once seated, <strong>we waited nearly an hour<\/strong> sipping a bottle of <strong>Saint-Est\u00e8phe 2007<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Finally, our <strong>Angus prime rib<\/strong> arrived: perfectly cooked. With <strong>giant Duchess potatoes<\/strong> (I love the duchess potatoes with chunks of potato in and flavored with nutmeg!), With option \u00ab\u00a0b\u00e9arnaise sauce or salad.\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n\u00ab\u00a0&#8211; You mean &lsquo;b\u00e9arnaise sauce or salad dressing&rsquo;?<br \/>\n&#8211; No, I mean what is written : sauce or salad.<br \/>\n&#8211; Uh &#8230; and accompanying will be potatoes or salad?<br \/>\n&#8211; No, madam, in accompaniment is potatoes! Where is the problem you are looking for?<br \/>\n&#8211; No problem, we will have potatoes, sauce and salad. \u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\nIndeed, the \u00ab\u00a0salad\u00a0\u00bb is a salad so dressed that it can be used instead of any sauce. We had the pleasure to book a small table at <strong><a class=\"popup\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lepassage.be\/\">Le Passage<\/a><\/strong> a Michelin star restaurant. Cozy atmosphere and dynamic at the same time, discreet and friendly service. <strong>I laughed a lot and enjoyed every moment<\/strong>. Even going down to the toilet (2 times) hopping on one feet because of a tendinitis.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>All dishes are respectfull to products, a surprising freshness. The dishes are simple arrangements of multiple flavors, <strong>as a Philharmonic concert<\/strong>. A simple moment of tasting and complex at the same time, what a pleasure!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We took a bottle of <strong>Auxey-Duresse (Burgundy)<\/strong>. I had fallen in love with it <a class=\"popup\" href=\"http:\/\/peggysilkroad.overblog.com\/neversland\">at Couron in Nevers<\/a> ! Then we continued with a bottle to take away (car requires, but counted half price) <strong>Minervois noted 98\/100 by Robert Parker<\/strong>. The sommelier has prepared the bottle and we borrowed two glasses at the hotel.
