Et l\u00e0, on dit \u201cmerci le recyclage\u201d ! Voici la <strong>recette-sauvetage des C\u00f4tes de porc \u00e0 la sauce au poivre et pleurote, recyclage de sauce au poivre rat\u00e9e<\/strong>. Le recyclage consiste \u00e0 affiner le fort go\u00fbt du bouillon de boeuf en ajoutant des tiges de ciboule chinoise fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>ciboule chinoise<\/strong> (jiu cai \u97ed\u83dc ou bong he dans les \u00e9piceries asiatiques) a un go\u00fbt aill\u00e9. Elle parfume plus d\u00e9licatement que les gousses d\u2019ail : le go\u00fbt est fin et sucr\u00e9, la couleur est verte et app\u00e9tissante. Et les gar\u00e7ons trouvent cela tr\u00e8s po\u00e9tiques parce qu\u2019on consomme la tige surmont\u00e9e <strong>des fleurs encore enferm\u00e9es dans un bourgeon unique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u201cC\u2019est quoi \u00e7a [dans l\u2019assiette] ?\u201d<br \/>\n&#8211; \u201cC\u2019est une fleur :-)\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Pour 4 c\u00f4tes de porc \u00e0 la sauce au poivre et pleurote :<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g de pleurotes<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 belles tiges de ciboule chinoise<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 c\u00f4tes de porc<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 ml d\u2019eau<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cube de bouillon de boeuf<br \/>\n&#8211; 40 g de beurre<br \/>\n&#8211; 20 g de farine<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de poivre noir en grain<\/p>\n<p>Concasser grossi\u00e8rement les grains de poivre, d\u00e9chirer les pleurotes en lani\u00e8res, couper la ciboule en tron\u00e7ons de 2 cm<\/p>\n<p>Faire un roux avec le beurre et la farine. Ajouter l\u2019eau petit \u00e0 petit, puis le cube de bouillon et le poivre. Laisser mijoter 2 min.<\/p>\n<p>Faire griller les c\u00f4tes de porc \u00e0 grand feu dans une sauteuse. Puis les retirer et remplacer par les pleurotes et la ciboule. Then, say \u201cthanks to recycling\u201d ! This is <strong>the rescue-recipe of Porc loin steacks in pepper sauce with pleurotes, a failed pepper sauce recycling<\/strong>. The operation consists on refining the hard beef broth taste by adding fresh Chinese chives.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The <strong>Chinese chives<\/strong> (jiu cai \u97ed\u83dc or bong he in Asian grocery) has a garlic taste. It has a more delicate parfum than real garlic : the taste is fine and sweet, the color is green and appetizing. And boys like the poetic way of eating the stem with all little white flowers still enclosed in a unique bud.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; \u201cWhat is this [in the dishe] ?\u201d<br \/>\n&#8211; \u201cIt\u2019s a flower :-<\/em>)\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>For 4 porc loin steacks with pepper sauce and pleurotes :<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 200 g of pleurotes (oyster mushrooms)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 4 long Chinese chive stems<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 500 ml of water<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 1 beef broth cube<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 40 g of butter<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 20 g of flour<\/em><br \/>\n<em>&#8211; 1 spoon of black pepper grains<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pound pepper grains, rip mushrooms and cut the chives to 2 cm.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Make a roux with butter and flour. Add water little by little, the broth and the pepper.
