Ne me dis pas qu\u2019on a rat\u00e9 <strong>l\u2019heure du go\u00fbter <\/strong>!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude00 Big smile ! Il ne m\u2019en fallait pas plus pour courir \u00e0 la cuisine et lui faire faire <strong>notre premier g\u00e2teau au chocolat<\/strong>. Mais pas n\u2019importe lequel non plus, parce que les petits gar\u00e7ons de 5 ans trempent leurs doigts partout (ouais moi aussi), boudent si le r\u00e9sultat ne ressemble pas exactement \u00e0 la photo \u00e0 la pastille de couleur pr\u00e8s (moi j\u2019en pleure comme pour le <a href=\"http:\/\/peggysilkroad.overblog.com\/paris-brest-un-peu-comme-michalak\">Paris-Brest de Michalak<\/a> !) et surtout s&#039;\u00e9clipsent de la cuisine au bout de 10min&#8230; Moi, je reste toujours pour la vaisselle.<\/p>\n<p>Et bien nous voici feuilletant le mignon petit livre <strong>\u201c10 fa\u00e7ons de pr\u00e9parer le g\u00e2teau au chocolat\u201d des Editions de l\u2019Epure<\/strong>. Notre choix s\u2019arr\u00eate sur celui de Coline, le simple et sublime. Et en effet, il est simple, rapide et \u201cil est trop bon mon g\u00e2teau au chocolat\u201d !<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-images ob-default\">\n<div class=\"ob-row-1-col\"><a href=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_82c48f23903b94632a8d617904b7b087_gateau-chocolat.jpg\" class=\"ob-link-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_82c48f23903b94632a8d617904b7b087_gateau-chocolat.jpg\" alt=\"G&#x00E2;teau&#x20;au&#x20;chocolat&#x20;10&#x20;min&#x20;d&#x27;attention\" class=\"ob-cell ob-img ob-media\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Pour un g\u00e2teau de 10 parts (c\u2019est tr\u00e8s riche, j\u2019ai un peu am\u00e9nag\u00e9 les proportions) :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 150 g de chocolat noir<br \/>\n &#8211; 90 g de beurre<br \/>\n &#8211; 3 oeufs<br \/>\n &#8211; 45 g de farine<br \/>\n &#8211; 100 g de sucre<\/p>\n<p>Mesurer 150 g de pistoles de chocolat noir + 2 que le petit gar\u00e7ons aura piqu\u00e9 dans le bol, ajouter le beurre et faire fondre au micro-onde.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer oeufs, farine, sucre et chocolat fondu au beurre. Ajouter une f\u00e8ve, parce qu\u2019en plus faut que ce soit dr\u00f4le \u00e0 la d\u00e9gustation.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire 8 min \u00e0 200\u00b0C, puis 20 min \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-images ob-default\">\n<div class=\"ob-row-1-col\"><a href=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_775b5e3f0e694e871647797091cea194_gateau-chocolat-coline.jpg\" class=\"ob-link-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_775b5e3f0e694e871647797091cea194_gateau-chocolat-coline.jpg\" alt=\"G&#x00E2;teau&#x20;au&#x20;chocolat&#x20;10&#x20;min&#x20;d&#x27;attention\" class=\"ob-cell ob-img ob-media\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><em>When asking a <strong>5 years old little boy<\/strong> what time is it :<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDo you know what time is it ?\u201d<br \/>\n \u201cHaaan ! Don\u2019t tell me we miss the <strong>snack time<\/em><\/strong> !\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>\ud83d\ude00 Big smile ! That\u2019s an opportunity to run to the kitchen and back together our first chocolate cake. But not any one cake, because that little 5 year old buddys dip their fingers everywhere (me too), sulk if the result is not exactly similar as the picture (I can cry as I have done for the <a href=\"http:\/\/peggysilkroad.overblog.com\/paris-brest-un-peu-comme-michalak\">Paris-Brest pastry of Michalak<\/a>) and disappear from the kitchen after 10min. I stay for washing the dishes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Also we flip the cute little book of <strong>\u201c10 ways to prepare chocolate cake\u201d, Epure Editions<\/strong>. We choose the one of Coline, simple and sublime. And it is : simple, fast and \u201che is too good, my chocolate cake\u201d !<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For a 10 parts cake (very rich, I change a little bit proportions):<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; 150 g of dark chocolate<br \/>\n &#8211; 90 g of but<\/em>ter<br \/>\n <em>&#8211; 3 eggs<\/em><br \/>\n <em>&#8211; 45 g of flour<\/em><br \/>\n <em>&#8211; 100 g of sugar<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Measure 150 g of chocolate pistoles + 2 that the little boy will steal, add butter and melt down in microwave.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mix together eggs, flour, sugar and melt chocolate with butter.
