Il va falloir que je me fasse violence pour simplifier les accords. M\u00eame pour des pommes de terre : les potatoes OK, le canard OK, mais les pommes gaufrettes \u00e0 la graisse de canard, non&#8230;<br \/>\n Pareil pour les go\u00fbts de la courge butternut OK, le lait de coco OK, mais la soupe de butternut au lait de coco&#8230; ben non. M\u00eame diluer avec du bouillon de volaille, cela ne passe pas. <\/p>\n<p> Tant mieux, cela en fera plus pour les autres ! En attendant, je me r\u00e9chauffe avec cette soupe de saison : butternut, lait de coco et \u00e9pices (gingembre et noix de muscade). Oups, je crois que je viens de comprendre&#8230;<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\">\n    <a href=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_5b9c02cef36a2bc24191c97bc410dcbf_soupe-butternut-coco1.jpg\" class=\"ob-link-img\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_5b9c02cef36a2bc24191c97bc410dcbf_soupe-butternut-coco1.jpg\"\n             class=\"ob-media ob-img ob-pull-left ob-media-left\" alt=\"Soupe&#x20;butternut&#x20;au&#x20;lait&#x20;de&#x20;coco\" \/><br \/>\n    <\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Pour 4 gros bols de soupe bien onctueuses :<br \/>\n &#8211; 800 g de courge butternut \u00e9pluch\u00e9e et \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9e<br \/>\n &#8211; 20 cl de lait de coco<br \/>\n &#8211; 20 cl d\u2019eau<br \/>\n &#8211; 1 \u00e9chalote en lani\u00e8res<br \/>\n &#8211; \u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gingembre en poudre<br \/>\n &#8211; 1 pinc\u00e9e de noix de muscade<br \/>\n &#8211; du sel.<\/p>\n<p> Mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un casserole, sauf les \u00e9pices. Faites bouillir, puis mijoter pendant 10 min. D\u00e8s que les morceaux de butternut sont mous, mixez le tout.<\/p>\n<p> Remettez sur feu doux et assaisonnez d\u2019\u00e9pices et de sel.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><em>Definitely I do not know how to cook for little children&#039;s innocent palaces . I have to use violence to simplify pairings. Even potatoes: the potatoes OK, the duck OK, but Potatoes wafers cooked in duck fat, not OK &#8230; Same for the tastes of butternut squash and even coconut milk, but Butternut soup with coconut milk &#8230; do not. Even dilute with chicken soup.<\/p>\n<p> So much the better, it lets more for others! In the meantime, I warm up with this seasonal soup: butternut squash, coconut milk and spices (ginger and nutmeg). Oops, I think I just figured &#8230;<\/p>\n<p> For 4 large bowls of creamy soup:<br \/>\n &#8211; 800 g of butternut squash, peeled and seeded<br \/>\n &#8211; 20 cl of coconut milk<br \/>\n &#8211; 20 cl of water<br \/>\n &#8211; 1 shallot, cut into strips<br \/>\n &#8211; \u00bd teaspoon of ginger powder<br \/>\n &#8211; 1 pinch of nutmeg<br \/>\n &#8211; Salt.<\/p>\n<p> Put all ingredients in a saucepan, except the spices. Boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
