C\u2019est le cas de tout ces desserts pas trop sucr\u00e9s, ni trop gras, pas trop trop dessert en fait. Alors j\u2019ai pens\u00e9 \u00e0 un compromis : permettre \u00e0 chacun de doser le sucre suivant ses besoins (et sa conscience). On pourrait tout simplement finir le repas avec un petit suisse 0% arros\u00e9 de miel et quelques quartiers d\u2019orange, mais je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re nettement les conclusions plus \u00e9mouvantes.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-images ob-default\">\n<div class=\"ob-row-1-col\"><a href=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_c6a1c4_gateau-fromage-blanc-sirop-orange.jpg\" class=\"ob-link-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_c6a1c4_gateau-fromage-blanc-sirop-orange.jpg\" alt=\"G&#x00E2;teau&#x20;au&#x20;fromage&#x20;blanc&#x20;et&#x20;sirop&#x20;&#x00E0;&#x20;l&#x27;orange\" class=\"ob-cell ob-img ob-media\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Pour 6 \u00e0 8 parts de g\u00e2teau au fromage arros\u00e9es de sirop \u00e0 l\u2019orange<\/p>\n<p> Faire un biscuit sabl\u00e9 avec :<br \/>\n &#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de margarine<br \/>\n &#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre<br \/>\n &#8211; 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de farine<br \/>\n M\u00e9langez bien tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour en faire une p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e molle. Etalez-la au fond d\u2019un moule. Puis mettez \u00e0 cuire 10 min \u00e0 220\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p> Pr\u00e9parez l\u2019appareil au fromage 0% de mati\u00e8re grasse avec :<br \/>\n &#8211; 4 petits suisses 0% (ou fromage blanc)<br \/>\n &#8211; 25 g de sucre<br \/>\n &#8211; 2 oeufs<br \/>\n &#8211; 20 g de farine<br \/>\n &#8211; 5 g de levure chimique<br \/>\n &#8211; 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019ar\u00f4me de vanille<br \/>\n &#8211; 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<br \/>\n M\u00e9langez les petits suisses avec le sucre, les jaunes d\u2019oeufs, la vanille et le jus de citron. Ajoutez la farine et la levure.<br \/>\n Battez les blancs en neige et ajoutez en 3 fois.<br \/>\n Coulez l\u2019appareil sur le biscuit puis enfournez \u00e0 180\u00b0C pour 30 min.<\/p>\n<p> Pour le sirop \u00e0 l\u2019orange : <br \/>\n &#8211; 125 g de jus d\u2019orange<br \/>\n &#8211; 50 g de sucre<br \/>\n Faites bouillir puis r\u00e9duire doucement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une belle consistance sirupeuse.<\/p>\n<p> Je trouve ce g\u00e2teau meilleur apr\u00e8s une nuit pass\u00e9 au frais. Servez-le lendemain avec le sirop ti\u00e8de en disant \u201cc\u2019est un g\u00e2teau aux fromage 0%\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><em>There are some desserts we want to do in order to please. This is the case of all thoose desserts that are not too sweet, not too fat, not too &quot;dessert&quot; actually. So I thought a compromise: allow each dosing sugar according to his needs (and his conscience). We could simply finish the meal with a petit-suisse cheese 0% drizzled with honey and some orange slices. But I prefer more stirring conclusions.<\/p>\n<p> For 6 to 8 parts of cheesecake drizzled with orange syrup<\/p>\n<p> Make a shortbread with:<br \/>\n &#8211; 1 tablespoon of margarine<br \/>\n &#8211; 1 tablespoon of sugar<br \/>\n &#8211; 3 tablespoons of flour<br \/>\n Mix all the ingredients to make a soft pastry. Spread it in the bottom of a mold. Then turn to cook for 10 min at 220 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<p> Prepare the cheese mix 0% fatfree with:<br \/>\n &#8211; 4 petit-suisse cheese 0% (or cottage cheese)<br \/>\n &#8211; 25 g of sugar<br \/>\n &#8211; 2 eggs<br \/>\n &#8211; 20 g of flour<br \/>\n &#8211; 5 g of baking powder<br \/>\n &#8211; 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor<br \/>\n &#8211; 2 tablespoons of lemon juice<br \/>\n Mix petit-suisse cheese with sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and lemon juice. Add the flour and baking powder.<br \/>\n Beat the egg whites and add in 3 times.<br \/>\n Pour on the biscuit and bake at 180 \u00b0 C for 30 min.<\/p>\n<p> For the orange syrup:<br \/>\n &#8211; 125 g of orange juice<br \/>\n &#8211; 50 g sugar<br \/>\n Boil then reduce gently until you get a nice syrupy consistency.<\/p>\n<p> I think this cake is better after a night spent in the fridge. <\/em>Serve with warm syrup saying &quot;this is a cheesecke 0%&quot;.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a des familles de desserts qu\u2019on a envie de faire juste pour faire plaisir.
