Recette vite faite et vite publi\u00e9e \u00e0 la demande de @RogerGuevremont via Twitter et pour J\u00e9rem sur Facebook parce qu&#039;il a faim \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\">\n    <a href=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_dff0ed_risotto-truite-fumee-ingredients-4001.jpg\" class=\"ob-link-img\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/ob_dff0ed_risotto-truite-fumee-ingredients-4002.jpg\"\n             class=\"ob-media ob-img ob-pull-left ob-media-left\" alt=\"Risotto&#x20;&#x00E0;&#x20;la&#x20;truite&#x20;fum&#x00E9;e\" \/><br \/>\n    <\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p>Pour une belle assiette :<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de riz rond (shinode pour sushi)<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g de chutes de truite fum\u00e9e, rinc\u00e9es sinon c&#039;est trop sal\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 petit oignon jaune<br \/>\n&#8211; 40cl de bouillon de poisson et crustac\u00e9 Ariake (on fait avec ce qu&#039;on a sous la main \ud83d\ude09 C&#039;est un peu cher, mais c&#039;est un concentr\u00e9 de saveurs ! Et puis, je n&#039;en utilise pas tous les jours.<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 trait de vin blanc sec<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 petite poign\u00e9e de l\u00e9gume (petits pois surgel\u00e9s)<\/p>\n<p>Faites revenir l&#039;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 dans une cuill\u00e8re d&#039;huile d&#039;olive. Une fois blondi, ajoutez le riz. Lorsqu&#039;il est translucide, d\u00e9glacez au vin blanc. Puis lorsque le vin blanc est \u00e9vapor\u00e9, baissez le feu, ajoutez les petits pois, ainsi que le bouillon louche apr\u00e8s louche.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e9rifiez la cuisson du riz (environ 20 min), puis \u00e9teignez le feu, assaisonnez au poivre et incorporez les lani\u00e8res de truite.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9gustez brulant ou all&#039;onda (encore fluide), comme pr\u00e9cise Laura Zavan dans son livre My Little Italy.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ob-section ob-section-text\">\n<div class=\"ob-text\">\n<p><em><strong>Smoked trout risotto, just for one person :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; 100g round rice (I use shinode for sushi recipe)<br \/>\n&#8211; 100g smoked trout rinsed otherwise it maybe too salty<br \/>\n&#8211; a little onion<br \/>\n&#8211; 40cl broth of fish and shellfish, I like using Ariake broth. It is a little bit expensive but so tasty and concentrated !<br \/>\n&#8211; a squirted of dry white wine<br \/>\n&#8211; a handful of vegetables (I used green peas)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Brown the onion in a spoon of olive oil. Add the rice, when it becomes translucent, deglaze with a little bit of wine. Then, when all wine evaporated, down the heat and add the green peas and the broth, ladle by ladle.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>After about 20 min, check rice and shut the heat.
