Voici le menu :<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; ap\u00e9ritif au Champagne avec\u00a0<strong>hu\u00eetres n\u00b03 et crevettes grises<\/strong>, pain multi-c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et beurre demi-sel<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; en entr\u00e9e : un Chablis pour accompagner des <a href=\"http:\/\/silkroad-conseil.com\/blog\/association-terre-mer-et-framboise-basilic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>queues de langoustines, foie gras po\u00eal\u00e9<\/strong>, roquette et vinaigrette framboise &#8211; basilic<\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; puis des <strong>hu\u00eetres chaudes gratin\u00e9es<\/strong> persil et parmesan<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; un <strong>granit\u00e9 de citron jaune \u00e0 la vodka Beluga<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; en plat \u00a0principal : un <a href=\"http:\/\/silkroad-conseil.com\/blog\/les-raisins-de-la-colere-domaine-de-la-tour-penedesses-aoc-faugeres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A.O.C. Faug\u00e8res pour des <strong>brochettes de canard et foie gras<\/strong>, des abricots po\u00eal\u00e9e, des grenailles Rattes et des pois gourmands<\/a> (les abricots \u00e9taient peut-\u00eatre de trop).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; en dessert : je me suis tromp\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9sentation. Cela devait \u00eatre des <strong>quenelles de sorbet de mangue, petit fondant au chocolat et cr\u00e8me anglaise<\/strong>. Ce f\u00fbt un moelleux au chocolat (diff\u00e9rence tr\u00e8s significative !) servi avec une \u00e9paisse cr\u00e8me anglaise, une quenelle de sorbet et quelques framboise fra\u00eeches.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les associations de saveurs \u00e9taient r\u00e9ussies. Le secret d\u2019un tel repas r\u00e9side dans le choix des vins, certes, mais \u00e9galement dans les quantit\u00e9s. Nous f\u00fbmes repus, mais pas trop, gais, mais pas saouls. Contents !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/silkroad-conseil.com\/blog\/menu-fete-des-meres\/huitres-chaudes-gratinees\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-827\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-827\" alt=\"huitres-chaudes-gratinees\" src=\"http:\/\/192-168-1-24.yoan-sageloly.direct.quickconnect.to\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/huitres-chaudes-gratinees.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.silkroad-conseil.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/huitres-chaudes-gratinees.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.silkroad-conseil.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/huitres-chaudes-gratinees-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>For <strong>Mother&rsquo;s Day<\/strong> , we cooked for four hands and not a quarrel. Here is the menu :<\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8211; Champagne aperitif with <strong>oysters n\u00b0 3 and little grey shrimps<\/strong>, multi-grain bread and salted butter<\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8211; Starter : a Chablis to accompany<a href=\"http:\/\/silkroad-conseil.com\/blog\/association-terre-mer-et-framboise-basilic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong> langoustines, foie gras, arugula and raspberry vinaigrette with basil<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8211; Then <strong>oysters gratined with parsley and parmesan chees<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8211; A <strong>lemon and vodka Beluga granita<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8211; Main course : an <a href=\"http:\/\/silkroad-conseil.com\/blog\/les-raisins-de-la-colere-domaine-de-la-tour-penedesses-aoc-faugeres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AOC Faug\u00e8res for<strong> skewers of duck and foie gras<\/strong>, grilled apricots, Ratte potatoes and peas<\/a> (perhaps apricots were too much)<\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8211; Dessert : I was wrong about the presentation. This should be<strong> two mango sorbet quenlles, chocolate fondant and little bit of custard<\/strong>. It was a chocolate cake (very significant difference !) served with thick custard, a quenelle of sorbet and some fresh raspberries.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Associations flavors were successful. The secret of such a meal lies in the choice of wines, certainly, but also in the quantity. We were fed, but not too much, joyfull, but not drunk.
