A la recherche de galettes, Internet ne me proposait pas grand chose. Et je suis tomb\u00e9e sur le jolie \u00ab\u00a0nouveau\u00a0\u00bb blog de Marie-Laure Tombini (\u00d4D\u00e9lice). Je suis vraiment \u00e0 la rue ! je ne savais pas qu&rsquo;elle avait ouvert un nouveau blog et \u00e9tait pass\u00e9e v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne depuis 2016 !<\/p>\n<p>Cela fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 7 ans que j&rsquo;ai quitt\u00e9 Marmiton.org. La cuisine va sentir le cumin et la cacahu\u00e8te. In search of some patties, Internet did not offer me much. Then I came across the pretty \u00ab\u00a0new\u00a0\u00bb blog of Marie-Laure Tombini (\u00d4D\u00e9lice). I am so late on everything : I did not know she had opened a new blog and had been a vegetarian since 2016 !<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>It&rsquo;s been 7 years since I left Marmiton.org. Many things have changed, but the passion for cooking (and bike riding) is still there.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The recipe and her pretty photo that inspired me: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biodelices.fr\/recette\/boulettes-toutes-roses-betterave-pois-chiches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pink beet-chickpeas dumplings<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>For about fifteen pink falafels, spiced like kebab meat :<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2981 250 g canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2981 100 g cooked beetroot<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2981 1 garlic clove<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2981 1 teaspoon of salt<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2981 1 teaspoon of cumin<\/em><br \/>\n<em> \u2981 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (Dakatine)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mix very finely all the ingredients.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Make domes using an ice cream scoop and place on baking paper.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bake (dry) for 30 min at 180 \u00b0 C in the oven. The kitchen will smell cumin and peanut.
