J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il ne serait pas d\u00e9cisionnaire des jours avec ou sans pain. J&rsquo;ai donc achet\u00e9 de la levure de boulanger lyophilis\u00e9e. Mais comme j&rsquo;adore le pain au levain, je ne fais que \u00e7a&#8230; Donc, j&rsquo;ai de la levure de boulanger en poud&rsquo;.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, il s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que, comme par hasard, la veille d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e apocalyptique au travail, la batterie de ma moto a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me l\u00e2cher. Signe avant-coureur : au d\u00e9marrage le matin, la batterie s&rsquo;est \u00e9teinte un quart de seconde, r\u00e9initialisant tout le tableau de bord. J&rsquo;ai eu des appr\u00e9hensions en repartant le soir, puis en repartant de la station essence&#8230; derni\u00e8res \u00e9tincelles.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 la voiture, je suis partie, je suis revenue, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 la carte bleue, je suis repartie, j&rsquo;ai roul\u00e9 calmement \u00e0 50 km\/h, et enfin j&rsquo;ai couru&#8230; Apr\u00e8s deux supermarch\u00e9s et un centre commercial, aucune batterie ne correspondait \u00e0 mon mod\u00e8le de Titine ! Bienvenue en Province.<\/p>\n<p>Ben voil\u00e0, le lendemain, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais coinc\u00e9e \u00e0 la maison, avec mon PC, mes deux t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables, tous mes comptes de messageries ouverts (Skype, Teams, Slack, LinkdedIn) et mes \u00e9quipes \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre bout de la connexion Internet. Apr\u00e8s une quarantaine de mails, une dizaine de coups de fils et deux r\u00e9unions, j&rsquo;ai fait une pause.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 des coquillettes r\u00e9chauff\u00e9es et des \u00e9pinards surgel\u00e9s de tristesse, j&rsquo;ai regard\u00e9 le beau ciel bleu. J&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9 \u00e0 des cigales, au soleil, puis \u00e0 une recette \u00e0 l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Bienvenue dans le Sud.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ainsi que j&rsquo;ai pris 5 min, pour moi et ceux que j&rsquo;aime, pour pr\u00e9parer une p\u00e2te \u00e0 pizza. Puis je l&rsquo;ai abandonn\u00e9e, envelopp\u00e9e au chaud, pr\u00e8s du radiateur. Et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait repartie !<\/p>\n<p>Pour un d\u00eener de 3 personnes, accompagn\u00e9 de salade verte croquante<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>165 g d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de \u00e0 32\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet de levure de boulanger lyophilis\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>de la chiffonnade de bacon fum\u00e9 et une cuiller\u00e9e d&rsquo;estragon (ou autre garniture)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D\u00e9layer la levure dans l&rsquo;eau, puis ajouter l&rsquo;huile. Ajouter la farine et former une boule. Couvrir et laisser lever.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la p\u00e2te a doubl\u00e9 de volume, d\u00e9gazer la boule de p\u00e2te, aplatir, ajouter la garniture puis rouler.<\/p>\n<p>Former un escargot, aplatir \u00e0 nouveau et laisser reposer sur le plat de cuisson, maximum 2 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Au bout de ce temps, pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 210\u00b0C.
