Le pain sera congel\u00e9 (d\u00e9j\u00e0 tranch\u00e9), le bon fromage \u00e0 la coupe sera d\u00e9gust\u00e9 au rythme de l&rsquo;affinage, tandis que le houmous de betterave trouvera sa place en salade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il nous reste la <a title=\"Tapenade verte aigre-douce aux amandes\" href=\"http:\/\/silkroad-conseil.com\/blog\/tapenade-verte-aigre-douce-aux-amandes\/\">tapenade d&rsquo;olive verte<\/a> fortement aill\u00e9e (ail cru), et bien herm\u00e9tiquement conserv\u00e9e. Qu&rsquo;en faire \u00e0 part des tartines et des toasts ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>en fond de tarte, exemple : tarte fine \u00e0 la tomate<\/li><li>en bouch\u00e9e feuillet\u00e9e, comme des palmiers ou des fl\u00fbtes<\/li><li>en sauce pour des lasagnes sans b\u00e9chamel, <a title=\"Ravioles de Romans en lasagnes v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes\" href=\"http:\/\/silkroad-conseil.com\/blog\/ravioles-de-romans-en-lasagnes-vegetariennes\/\">comme ces lasagnes de ravioles de Romans, aux courgettes et \u00e0 la tapenade verte<\/a><\/li><li>en sauce pour des p\u00e2tes aux l\u00e9gumes, mon choix pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9<\/li><li>en sauce froide \u00e0 la place de la vinaigrette, par exemple dans une salade de bl\u00e9 endive poivron et mozzarella di buffala. Puis je termine en ajoutant des p\u00e2tes cuites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les l\u00e9gumes sont trop moelleux, on peut ajouter du croquants avec des amandes grill\u00e9es concass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><em>I have made too much green tapenade<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What to do with all these remains of the last aperitif ? The bread will be frozen (already sliced), the good cheese will be tasted at the rate of ripening, while the beetroot hummus will find its place in a salad.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We still have <a title=\"Tapenade verte aigre-douce aux amandes\" href=\"http:\/\/silkroad-conseil.com\/blog\/tapenade-verte-aigre-douce-aux-amandes\/\">the green olive tapenade<\/a> strongly garlic (raw garlic), and hermetically preserved. What to do unless toast ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em>spreed on pie crust, example: fine tomato pie<\/em><\/li><li><em>in puff pastry, like elephant ears or flutes<\/em><\/li><li><em>in sauce for lasagne without b\u00e9chamel, like thoose lasagne de ravioles de Romans, aux courgettes et \u00e0 la tapenade verte<\/em><\/li><li><em>in sauce for pasta with vegetables, my favorite choice<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>I sauteed a mix of vegetables (chard ribs, carrots, mushrooms &#8230;), I added large spoonfuls of tapenade and a glass of cooking pasta water.
